ABSTRACT

This study was carried out to examine  Factors Associated With Unsafe Abortion Among Young Adults (Adolescent) In Eziala Nsulu Community In Isiala Ngwa North, Abia State.  Specifically, the study aims to examines the factors associated with unsafe abortion among young adults (Adolescent) In Eziala Nsulu Community In Isiala Ngwa North, Abia State, assess the effect of unsafe abortion among young adults (Adolescent) In Eziala Nsulu Community In Isiala Ngwa North, Abia State and ivestigate strategies to reduce unsafe abortion among young adults (Adolescent) In Eziala Nsulu Community In Isiala Ngwa North, Abia State. The study employed the survey descriptive research design. A total of 259 responses were validated from the survey. From the responses obtained and analyzed, the findings revealed that  selected incentive scheme influence productivity of building firm in Owerri Imo State. The findings of the study also revealed that there are factors associated with unsafe abortion among young adults (Adolescent) In Eziala Nsulu Community In Isiala Ngwa North, Abia State. The study thereby recommend that there is need for scaling up sex education in schools to enlighten the students on the dangers of immoral sex, unwanted pregnancy and unsafe abortion.  Also, the mass media should also sit up and brace their responsibility in order to the populace on the need to improve societal support for victims of unwanted teenage pregnancies.  Finally, it would equally be interesting to conduct studies and secondary data analysis to understand the profile of adolescents and young females who undergo unsafe abortion in our locality.
